Pineapple Bellbottoms

PB, a 100% Brettanomyces Trois fermentation, is a very mild “sour” beer. The Mosaic dry hopping accents its fruity aromatics. Crisp and refreshing, the pineapple and pear flavors blend well with the light malts.
